Cake Quatre-Quarts Breton
My Patycofans ... today I bring you this French delight for our monthly meeting with my girls #BundtBakers ...
In November the chosen theme will be Bundt Bakers ... "French Cakes & Pastries"
The Quatre-quarts, owes its name to something as obvious as having four ingredients in exactly the same proportions: four quarters, is its literal translation. It is one of the most famous sweet preparations of the Bretagne Region ... being the most baked biscuit in French homes.

En Noviembre el tema elegido sera Bundt Bakers... "French Cakes & Pastries"
El Quatre-quarts, debe su nombre a algo tan obvio como que lleva cuatro ingredientes en proporciones exactamente iguales: cuatro cuartos, es su traducción literal. Es una de las preparaciones dulces más famosas de la Región de Bretagne.... siendo el bizcocho más horneado en los hogares franceses.
Ingredientes:
+4 Huevos
+250g Harina
+250g Mantequilla
+250g Azucar
+7,5g Levadura
+Pizca de Sal
+Zumo de 1 Lima
+Azucar Glass
Paso a paso:
+ Mise en place
+ Fundir la mantequilla
+ Precalentar el horno a 180 grados, arriba y abajo
+ Mezclar la mantequilla y el azucar batir 10 minutos
+ Agregar los huevos uno a uno
+ Cernir el harina con la levadura
+ Agregar el harina en tres veces
+ Agregar la sal
+ Agregar el zumo de limon
+ Tendremos una masa cremosa y muy brillante
+ Colocamos la masa en el molde muy engrasado
+ Horneamos durante 50 minutos, hasta tener el palillo limpio
+ Dejamos reposar 15 minutos, desmoldamos
+ Enfriamos por completo sobre una rejilla
+ Decoramos con azucar glass por encima
+ Disfrutamos

+4 Eggs
+ 250g Flour
+ 250g Butter
+ 250g Sugar
+ 7.5g Yeast
+ Salt Pinch
+ 1 Lime juice
+ Sugar Glass

Step by Step:
+ Mise en place
+ Melt the butter
+ Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, up and down
+ Mix butter and sugar beat 10 minutes
+ Add eggs one by one
+ Sift the flour with the yeast
+ Add the flour in three times
+ Add salt
+ Add the lemon juice
+ We will have a creamy and very bright dough
+ We put the dough in the mold very greased
+ We bake for 50 minutes, until the chopstick is clean
+ Let stand 15 minutes, unmold
+ We chill completely on a grid
+ Decorate with sugar glass on top
+ We enjoy.
