Tricolor Irish Coffee Bundt Cake
#BundtBakers Coffee Shop Bundt Cakes - the idea for this theme is to replicate a coffee drink found in your local coffee shop.
I have been inspired by a delicious Irish coffee tricolor and this is the result ... a fluffy cake with a mixture of flavors that will not leave you indifferent.

**Coffee Shop Bundt Cakes** La idea para el tema de este mes es replicar una bebida de café, la que mas te guste y que encuentres en tu cafeteria preferida.
Yo he tomado como inspiracion un delicioso Cafe irlandes tricolor y este es el resultado... un suave y esponjoso pastel con una mezcla de sabores que no te dejaran indiferente.
Ingredientes:
+ 300g Harina
+ 200g Azucar
+ 1 cucharada Maizena
+ 3 Huevos
+ 175ml Aceite girasol
+ 5g Levadura
+ 2,5g Bicarbonato
+ 30ml Whisky
+ 5g esencia Caramelo
+ Pizca sal
+ 240ml Leche
+ 5g Cafe instantaneo
+ 10g Cacao Herseys Special Dark
Ingredients:
+ 300g Flour
+ 200g Sugar
+ 1 tablespoon Maizena
+ 3 Eggs
+ 175ml Sunflower oil
+ 5g Yeast
+ 2.5g Bicarbonate
+ Whiskey 30ml
+ 5g Caramel essence
+ Pinch salt
+ 240ml Milk
+ 5g Instant coffee
+ 10g Cacao Herseys Special Dark
Paso a paso:
+ Poner los huevos a batir y precalentar el horno a 180 grados con calor arriba y abajo,
* We beat eggs and preheat the oven to 180 degrees heat up and down
+ Cuando los huevos hayan doblado su tamaño, añadir el azúcar y la sal,
*When the eggs have doubled in size, add the sugar and salt
+ Y dejar cremar durante 5 minutos,
*And we cremate for 5 minutes
+ Ahora añadir el aceite y seguir batiendo,
*Now we add the oil and continue beating
+ Cernir el harina con la maizena y la levadura,
*Sift the flour with cornstarch and baking
+ Es el momento de poner el harina, lo haremos en dos veces...

+ Añadir el Whisky,

+ Añadir la leche,

+ Dividir la masa en tres partes: 1 taza, 1 taza y media y el resto,

+ A la medida de taza y media le añadimos el cafe instantaneo y la esencia de caramelo,
*A measuring cup and a half we add the instant coffee and caramel essence
+ A la medida de 1 taza añadir el cacao,
*A measuring + 1 cup add cocoa
+ El resto de la masa lo dejamos blanco,
*The remaining dough leave it blank
+ Engrasar muy bien el molde bundt y colocar la masa,
*Lubricate the bundt pan well and place the dough
+ La primera que colocamos es la masa de cafe,

+ Continuamos con la masa blanca,

+ Por ultimo colocamos la masa de cacao,

+ LLevar al horno durante 50 minutos aproximadamente o hasta que el palillo salga limpio,
* Bake for about 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
+ Dejar reposar 15 minutos y desmoldar sobre una rejilla,
* Let stand 15 minutes and unmold onto a rack
+ Ahora dejar enfriar por completo, para decorar,

+ Rellenar su interior con una agradable sorpresa de pasas cubiertas de chocolate,

+ Preparamos la crema de chocolate blanco (Encontrareis la receta en mi blog),

+ Decoramos la parte superior de la tarta con la ayuda de una boquilla de estrella abierta, terminando la decoracion con algunas pasas más,
